Rouge is owned and managed by Stephanie Duryea. Stephanie is an experienced fashionista who got her first taste of the boutique business several years ago when her mother, Cheryl Duryea, bought the women’s boutique, Juicy Fruits in Olympia, Washington. Stephanie now channels her passion and expertise into Rouge, a boutique that she believes “inspires women of all ages and sizes to have fun with fashion.”
